Feature request: "Prefer Energy Saving" profile in PowerMizer

Dear Devs,

I think it would be great to have a PowerMizer profile for saving energy: in this way the user could choose among “Prefer Maximum Performance”, “Adaptive” and “Prefer Energy Saving”.

At the moment I had to modify the xorg.conf adding the following line to save battery when not connected to AC

Option “RegistryDwords” “PowerMizerEnable=0x1; PerfLevelSrc=0x2233; PowerMizerDefault=0x3”

however it would be much easier to simply have a profile to choose from.

Thank you for your great work.

A.

P.s.: I had some tests with the new Nvidia 1060, and with low performance mode (level 0 in PowerMizer) it is faster and consumes less than the integrated Intel GPU … great job!

Is there a way to manually add a profile in PowerMizer? I would simply like to create a profile which sets minimum performances (equivalent to PerfLevelSrc=0x2233) to use when on battery power.

Thank you in advance,
Alessandro.
