ffmepg: test found that the speed of decoding + encoding 1080P was less than 25fps.

Has anyone encountered this problem:
transplant ffmpeg on TX1: test found that the speed of " decoding + encoding 1080P " was less than 25fps. Even test one channle decoding + 1080P can’t achieve 25fps.
It also found that CPU usage was not high. about 30% in one CPU core.
the version of ffmpeg: 3.1.7 .

Hi zbit,
As of now, ffmpeg with HW acceleration is not supported on TX1/TX2. That is the reason the performance is not good and CPU usage is high.
