Flash Jetson Orin NX NVme Error, begging for solution

I’m using a ubuntu 20.04 system and trying to flash a custom carrier Jetson Orin NX 16GB board. Here is my log exported from sdkmanager.
I’ve already set /sys/module/usbcore/parameters/autosuspend to 1 and still got errors like:

  • failed to read rcm_state
  • a lot of things is not supported
    Currently I can’t get a usb-tty cable so there is no serial log I can offer.
    SDKManager verison: 2.2.0

    Would you please see the log and offer some clues for solving this? Thanks a lot.
    I’ve tried both sdkmanager and command line flash and got similar results.

Hi,

With custom carrier board, our sdk manager or official bsp not support it.
You need to reach out the vendor to get the customized bsp.
