greetings I am a newbie in this world of development, I resentfully buy my first jetson board from the manufacturer yahboom I leave amazon link for your reference:

I have had some problems, at first the SSD that comes with the kit stopped working after two days when I analyzed it had a short, use a new SSD and perform the flash for jetpack version 6.0 (the kit came with version 5.1. 1) this process was successful but I had some complications with the installation of programs and libraries that needed the project where I was working, I found an official image of yahboom with everything I needed installed but I had to go back to version 5.1.1 of jetpack.
I have not been able to do this process because the flash always fails, I attach the log that I export from the SDK manager.

reading more or less the SDK manager terminal it seems as if it is waiting for something to start but the process is cancelled due to timeout.
I did some research on the issue and saw some recommendations like changing the USB cable and it still does not work.
I use a virtual machine, my machine recognizes when the jetson is connected and the SDK manager recognizes the card and its model without problems but when it is in the flash process around 60% - 80% it disconnects (I think it is normal because when I did the flash that if it worked it did the same) and the terminal starts to show the message “waiting for target to boot-up…” until it throws the error that fails
