Flashing Problem:- Jetson Nano Orin ( 8GB )

Hi. So i am trying to flash jetsonnano orin 8GB with the help of SDK Manager.

SeyUp :- JetsonNano attacehd with Linux PC through usb cable and attaching two jumper wires on pin 9,10.

Error:-

I did have this error before, but on restarting the rpcbind.service and try flashing again it was happening.
But at this time, the error persist. Can you guys help me?

What was the very first error that occurred in the log?

Based on my own experience with installation failures, I strongly recommend checking these two points:

  • Use the USB-C cable that comes with the Jetson Orin Nano. It might seem like an “out-of-place artifact” (OOPArt), but no third-party USB Type-C cable — even high-quality ones — worked as a replacement in my case.
  • Use the official DC adapter bundled with the Jetson Orin Nano. An AGX series adapter can also work. However, do not use generic 12V DC adapters, especially ones designed for other devices like Lider, during the flashing process.

Following these two tips allowed me to successfully complete the installation.

Hi,

Is you ubuntu a native or a virtual machine?
Is your orin nano using a custom board or a dev kit?

Thanks

Thank you for reply,
My machine in ubuntu not a virtual machine
and i am using dev kit not any custom board.
Initially this Jetson Orin nano was running fine but suddenly it went off and now we are not able to boot it up. So we have to go with this flashing process and it gives this error every time.

HI,

Please export the logs pressing EXPORT LOGS button for us to review.

Thanks
