Freezes in games (for example CS 2) and streaks in some games (in versions from 545 to 550.67)

A little information

- Wayland
- Ver. KDE: 6.0.2
- Ver. KDE Fraemworks: 6.0.0
- Ver. QT: 6.6.2
- Ver. Kernel: 6.8.1-arch1-1 (64-bit)

Kernel parameters in the GRUB bootloader: nowatchdog nvme_load=YES loglevel=3 nvidia-drm.modeset=1

➜ ~ git:(master) ✗ inxi -G

The problem is that with the release of new drivers, some games have freezes when loading:
CS 2: Freezes (Game Counter-Strike 2 freezes in nvidia driver · Issue #3683 · ValveSoftware/csgo-osx-linux · GitHub) (my video)
Palworld: Freezes
GTA SAN ANDREAS: Black bars (but if you change the resolution to a lower resolution they disappear)

But there are no problems with this driver:

➜ ~ git:(master) ✗ inxi -G
Graphics:
  Device-1: NVIDIA GP102 [GeForce GTX 1080 Ti] driver: nvidia v: 535.161.07
  Display: wayland server: X.Org v: 23.2.4 with: Xwayland v: 23.2.4

I tried a lot of versions starting from 545 and higher, but they all repeat these bugs.

But I would like to keep up with the times and use new drivers.

Some bugs disappear in HDR mode. But flickering is still a problem.
