GPU Max Operating Temp is too low on ThinkPad T490

On a Thinkpad T490 with an MX250, the GPU Max Operating Temp is set to 57 Celsius degrees, causing it to throttle even at idle.

The solution that worked for T14 did not work.

On Windows, the throttle temperature could be raised to 94 degrees using ASUS GPU TweakII, but no effective means was found on Linux.

Is there any way to raise the it?

I am not good at English. Please forgive me.

I know this thread is old, but I have the same issue on Thinkpad P14s Gen 1 with Nvidia Quadro P520. Using power-profiles-daemon or acpi calls used to work, but with some system update it stopped working and now the Max Operating Temperature is stuck at 57C. On Windows I am able to change it using GPU Tweak or similar software.
