Graph composer installation issue

• Ubuntu 22.04.5
• DeepStream 7.1
• TensorRT Version 10.3.0.26-1+cuda12.5
• NVIDIA GPU Driver Driver Version: 560.35.03
• Could not install graph composer
• How to reproduce the issue ? run sudo dpkg -i graph_composer-4.1.0_x86_64.deb

shows this output:

user@user-Default-string:~/gxf_and_gc_v4.1.0$ sudo dpkg -i graph_composer-4.1.0_x86_64.deb

is it possible to install without manually downgrading rsync version?

Seems no.

You can download deb package from https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-security-proposed/+archive/ubuntu/ppa/+build/25628106/+files/rsync_3.2.7-0ubuntu0.22.04.2_amd64.deb and install it.
