Graphic is stuttering / jumping - GT730 X11

Moving the mouse or a window over the screen is stuttering. System unusable.
Kubuntu, KDE, Ubuntu X11

I am not shure from when this happens - maybe after installing regular ubuntu updates. The system was good running for 2 month after installing a fresh GT730 card.
