Haw to resize the system partition

Jetson Nano Developer Kit SD Card Image 4.5.1
When I plan to replace a SD card with a larger or smaller capacity, is there a safe way to adjust the system partition size to adapt to the new SD card?
In other words, resize the system partition

there’re several partitions, please refer to developer guide for the Partition Configuration session, and, it’s APPSIZE to define the allocated size of root file system.
