I just spent $90 to purchase the “Generative AI With Diffusion Models” self-paced course. My order number is: 1144317414539. But I cannot even watch it. Each time I open the course, the webpage shows " Bad Request Error parsing headers: ‘limit request headers fields size’". Please see the capture.
Hi @yifeipet
Welcome to the forums! I have forwarded your issue to the DLI team for a look. Thanks for your patience.
Tom
Hi Tom. I’m receiving the same error when I try to login on a Chrome Browser. The course I am trying to log in to is Develop, Customize, and Publish in Omniverse With Extensions. I also tried logging in with an Edge Browser due to the Bad Request error on Chrome. I then receive a message saying “You have successfully signed into NVIDIA, but your NVIDIA account does not have a linked NVIDIA account. To link your accounts, sign in now using your NVIDIA password.” (See attached image). However, when I try to login here, it says my password isn’t correct. Not sure how that’s possible as I’m logged in now to post this comment. Hopefully this information will provide more insight into the issue. Thanks.
Hi @marc.t,
I forwarded your issue to the DLI team for investigation. In the future, please create a new topic for your issues. It helps us with tracking and resolution.
Thanks,
Tom
Hi Tom. Thanks, I appreciate that. I posted the comment here because I am having the EXACT same issue with the Bad Request. However, I added the “additional information” about the Edge browser to hopefully help pinpoint the problem. Is there a different thread, other than a new one, that would be a better place to post it?
Hi @marc.t,
Just create a new thread when you have an issue, vs. posting on someone else’s thread.
Thanks,
Tom
Hi @yifeipet, this error is caused by having too many cookies associated with the NVIDIA domain; you can resolve it either by clearing your cookies, or by using an in-cognito tab in your browser.
Hi @marc.t, I’ve fixed an issue with your account which should now allow you to login successfully if you visit your course dashboard at NVIDIA
Could you fix my account, I have the same problem on google chrome, thanks
Hi @4ai, which of the problems above are you referring to? Are you referring to the login issue, or the Bad Request issue? I’m not seeing any issues with your account which should prevent login, but if it’s the bad request problem, you can resolve this by either clearing your cookies or using an in-cognito tab in your browser.
