How Can I modify device tree configuration if I add a new wifi device ?

I add a wifi/bt module(AP6212 of BCM43xx serial) on my tx2i board, but I don’t know how to modify devices tree and kernel.The wifi/bt module use UART2 connects with tx2i. Can you help me? Thanks.

Also, I use L4T-R28.3.1.
