When I install the jetpack4.4 mirror file with the environment configured on the imaging processing box, all of the USB cannot be used.Now I know I should modify the device tree.But how to modify the device tree?

you may access L4T sources via download center for the public release kernel sources.
please also check documentation, please check Kernel Customization chapter to setup environment for building NVIDIA Kernel.
if there’s only device tree changes, you could also refer to Flashing a Specific Partition, to enable -k options to flash a specific partition.
