The guy from nvidia support team suggested me to ask my question here.
Could somebody tell me, how I can change fan speed for my rtx 2060. I know that in Thermal Settings should be a slider, but unfortunately I don’t have this one.
See about setting the “Coolbits” option in xorg.conf:

Hi!I tried “Coolbits” “4”,it doesnt work, but “Coolbits” “8” works. Do you have any ideas about it? :)
