How to install NFSv4

Hi,

We used ‘nfs-kernel-server’ to install nfs server on our Orin. The linux version is 20.04. The nfs version should be nfsv3 and nfsv4, but we only got -2 and +3. Is there any way to install nfsv4? Thanks.

Enable this kernel config and build the kernel again.
It is not by default enabled.

According to the link you mentioned, we checked file path: ‘fs/nfsd/Kconfig’. But there is no Kconfig file in this file path.

Hi dude,

I mean you have to download the kernel source manually.
Kernel source will not be present on your device unless manually downloaded.

fs/nfsd/Kconfig means the file in the kernel source directory, not the rootfs.
