How to solve the problem that the USB port of TX2 cannot be used?

I used the nvidia sdkmanager to install jetpack4.2 on my TX2, but failed to install cuda, opencv and cudNN, after that, there were only one usb port available, and I don’t know why

Is this a dev kit, or a third party carrier board?

Any logs would help, including a serial console log from the TX2. For serial console information see:

Also, is the host PC a VM?

Thank you! Host is PC. I can install cuda… myself, but now I just don’t know how to activate other usb port, cause it’s really import for me. Do you know how to fix it?

The question from linuxdev is to confirm what is your carrier board(base board) of TX2. sdkmanager only supports the installation on nvidia devkit.
