How to solve the problem that the USB port of TX2 cannot be used?

I used the nvidia sdkmanager to install jetpack4.2 on my TX2, but failed to install cuda, opencv and cudNN, after that, there were only one usb port available, and I don’t know why

Is this a dev kit, or a third party carrier board?

The question from linuxdev is to confirm what is your carrier board(base board) of TX2. sdkmanager only supports the installation on nvidia devkit.
