How to update Jetson Orin AGX to Jetpack 6 via USB or SSD as Jetson can't boot to desktop

Hi sheldonmaciel,

Are you using the devkit or custom board for AGX Orin?

Could you boot this board before you update the custom kernel?

Please refer to the following steps to enter into force recovery state.

  1. remove all connections on the board
  2. plug USB-C cable from the board to the host PC
  3. Press the REC button (the middle one)
  4. Plug power DC cable
  5. run lsusb on your host to check if the board is in force recovery state
