How to upgrade to libc 2.28 from libc 2.27 on Jetson TX 2

While I install some application in Jetson TX2 (in the Ubuntu 18.04 environment), there is a requirement to upgrade to libc 2.28 or above. But the current JetPack 4.5.1 has libc 2.27. Please indicate how to upgrade the libc 2.27 to libc 2.28.

Notes:

My GPU RTX 2070 has the Ubuntu 18.04 that supports libc 2.28 based on Intel CPU.

Hi,
By default Jetpack 4.6.3 is Ubuntu 18.04. We would suggest use default environment, since it is tested in SQA coverage. For upgrading libc, it would need other users to share experience.
