HTC Vive Tracker Plugin

I am currently working on XR development within Omniverse and am exploring options for integrating HTC Vive Trackers into my workflow. I’m specifically interested in whether there is any existing plugin or support for using HTC Vive Trackers in Omniverse, especially for positional and rotational tracking within an XR environment.

If no official plugin exists, are there any recommendations or best practices for integrating external trackers like the HTC Vive into the Omniverse XR framework? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your question. When you say trackers, you are referring to additional player trackers, like hands, feet, body position trackers? Or do you mean the static wall mounted IR trackers on the wall?

Thank you for the response. By trackers, I meant HTC Vive Body trackers.

The trackers appear as prims in the stage inside the Session Layer once the XR plugin is started. You can use python or ActionGraph to utilize these prims for your use case.

However, you must first enable the “session layer” as viewable.
