Hi, I can’t see anything on viewport, but the head template shows up.

@milly79524 i am just another OV user, but it looks like the payload (the item in your Stage with a blue arrow on top) is either broken or doesn’t have its asset path set up properly, hence showing up as red. this could also be related to how you are bringing in your model, so a more detailed steps could help others to troubleshoot your issue. one possibility is that the source USD file has been moved to another folder, so the asset path cannot locate the asset at its original path (which is now in a new directory).
on a, probably, less tangential observation from the screenshots is you are using Pixar Storm as a renderer; is there a specific reason? i would suggest sticking to RTX-Realtime for a faster render option within OV.

The RED text in the stage indicates that the asset for that tree is missing. So please expand that tree and find out what is missing. Usually a bad path or you have since moved or delete the core asset. Fix that and it should show up. I see you have some red warning flags there.
As mentioned, curious as to why you are in Pixar Storm ? I think you would be much better off in RTX Realtime

When you see meshes using Pixar Storm, but not the default renderer in Omniverse, it’s a sign that either the GPU is not RTX (not in this case) or the graphics driver is not up to date. Can you make sure the GPU driver is up to date and try again?

Yes please update to the latest drivers and try RTX again.
Hi, thank you all, the problem has been solved.
First,the path display error turned out to be that the path couldn’t be copied and pasted, you had to click on the folder icon to navigate to the file.
Second, I exported the mesh from Blender, I found that two eyeball’s object data properties’s name were the same, they were being combined together. So I just changed the object data name.
