I cannot find nvrtspoutsinkbin in Jetpack6.1

I am using Jetson AGX Orin 64G, JetPack6.1(DeepStream 7.1). I couldn’t find the “nvrtspoutsinkbin”, what could be the reason for this?

I also couldn’t find this component through gst-inspect-1.0.

Have you run the prerequisite packages as Installation — DeepStream documentation?

If not, please install them, and run “rm -rf ~/.cache/gstreamer-1.0/” before you query nvrtspoutsinkbin.
