Everything installed via SDK Manager without my intervention.
$ gst-inspect-1.0 nvurisrcbin
No such element or plugin 'nvurisrcbin'
Per output of this command, all the dependent libraries are installed.
The author of that topic did not specify the solution.
What could be other troubleshooting steps?

This problem is caused by cache of gsteamer usually.Try the following command line to clean cache.
sudo /opt/nvidia/deepstream/deepstream/install.sh
Do you only installed the DeepStream SDK by SDK Manager ?Usually I burn the entire image.
