The USB interface cannot recognize the new device. What do I need to do to make it recognize normally.
It’s strange that 2GB modules are OK for other carrier board, but 4GB modules are not good for 2GB carrier board.

I think the logic here is wrong. You should file a topic and ask why the usb interface cannot recognize your device but not trying to use a board that is not compatible.
