hello, i continued to receive an error message when trying to start the nvidia sync desktop app. i have tried to update the app ( and workbench) and have restarted the desktop numerous times and still unsuccessful. i uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop app and now i am having issues logging in but my ai workbench and docker desktop are working fine. i have tried all sorts of combinations to log back into the nvidia sync app but i am unable to get in? do i have to call or email a group to reset username/passwords?
Can you provide more details on the error you are seeing? Have you been able to successfully use NV Sync before? Can you ssh into your Spark manually?
There is a log file where you should be able to find what the actual errors are buried.
On MacOS they are here: ~/Library/Application Support/NVIDIA/Sync/logs/
Maybe there’s something to discover there?
