I2C Levels in the orin NX SOM

Hi, we are planning to use I2C [0,1] in our design, in datasheet, we found that VOL (max) for I2C [0,1] is 0.3xVDD where VDD is 3.3V as mentioned below in the picture 1 which is higher than VOL=0.4V of I2C standard which is mentioned below in the picture 2.

so, we are facing voltage level mismatch. Shall we consider 0.4V as VOL for our design.
