Installation Problem Jetpack DP 5.0

Hello,
i have problem with the installation of Jetpack 5.0 DP on Jetson AGX xavier and NX (Developer Kit).

My PC (Ubuntu 20.04 intel nuc)
SDK-Manager 1.7.3.9053

With SDK-Manger I can download all files. when it tries to install, i get errors (Installation Failed)

Is there any solution for this issue?

There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue any more.

I have the same problem, trying to install, gets to installing the development tools and says it failed. This is from the sdkmanager and Type error
