Is it possible to monitor the boot process for Jetson NRU-220s using Minicom or other tool connected via USB?

It seems you are using a custom carrier board from NEOUSYS.
You should be able to check the full serial console log through /dev/ttyACM0 from your host.
Please share your full boot up log for further check.
