Which port are you connected on your Jetson?

This only indicates your cable setup might be wrong.

We connected our jetson to the Linux hot pc via miro usb port

Are you sure that micro usb cable has data line but not just a charging cable?

Could you check what is the log on your host PC dmesg when you plug this cable into it?

Are you using NV devkit or a custom board? Or you don’t know what I am asking here?

Please check Avermedia datasheet if this D315 board’s micro usb port is really for UART console…

All the guidance we provided here is only for NVIDIA developer kit. If you are using custom boards, the the method we provided may not work on them.
