Isaac Lab Installation Error: error: could not create 'omni_isaac_lab.egg-info': Permission denied

Isaac Sim works fine with python, and I followed this instruction in order to install IsaacLab. Installation using Isaac Sim pip — Isaac Lab Documentation

I stuck in this step, and can you please check out the screen shots?
./isaaclab.sh --install # or “./isaaclab.sh -i”
