I hope this message finds you well. I am currently facing an issue with my Mellanox ConnectX-5 100Gbit network card, and I’m seeking assistance from the community to resolve it.

Problem Description:
My Mellanox ConnectX-5 card does not seem to be functioning at 100Gbit as expected. To address this, I attempted to install the drivers following the official Mellanox documentation. However, I encountered difficulties during the installation process.

Thank you for posting your inquiry on the NVIDIA Developer Forum - Infrastructure and Networking - Section.

There is not enough information in the log file to come to a RC of your issue. Most of the driver installation issues we see is when users install the driver on the non-default kernel which comes with the Linux distro they are using.

We recommend to install a more recent version of the driver to overcome the needed dependencies for particular DEB versions.
