I cannot buy a self-paced course. I cannot buy yearly subscription either.
I can populate the cart with the course I want.
But I can’t move forward with my Japanese address, since it is not even listed in the “countries” dropdown list.
If I use “France”, I can fill in my address in France and my French credit card information,
but the NVIDIA sites always turn down the purchase, saying that some issue came up.
I tried different browsers and credit cards multiple times. Always run into an issue at the last step.
Using a VPN does not help either.
The purchase system for certification exams works ok however. … So I got myself registered for an exam without access to the appropriate course. This is very weird.
