Note that in SD card models there is QSPI memory on the module itself. That content is basically the boot content, and must use a release compatible with the rootfs (which is what the SD card has). Please try with SDK manager to flash your device.
For JetPack 5.0.2, please have a host PC with Ubuntu 20.04.
