before I format SD card and SSD, the jetson run smoothly on Jetpack 5.0.
I want to downgrade to jetpack 4.6, flashing new jetpack looking fine using belena, however the error occurs when to reboot.
The erroe state BLKxx, memorymapped.Need helps.

There is a lot of difference between JetPack 4 and 5, especially in terms of bootloader.
So re-flashing only the SD card with Etcher is definitely not going to work.
Please do a whole re-flash with SDK Manager instead.
for jetpack 5.0 before, I flash using sdk manager because my host laptop is using ubuntu 20.04.
Is there any possible if im using ubuntu 20.04 to flash the jetpack, or need to downgrade my laptop to 18.04?
YES.
You need Ubuntu 16.04/18.04 for flashing JetPack 4.X.
