Jetpack 5.0.2 operating system freeze - Jetson AGX Orin Aaeon Boxer8640AI

We are using an Aaeon Boxer8640AI which contains a Jetson AGX Orin 64GB

We have 2 PoE Lucid Camera, model TRI071S-CC plugged in the Jetson
While we are using the system and receiving network data from the cameras, the Ubuntu operating system will randomly freeze.

No errors are produced in the logs or on the monitor when the freeze happens.

While the OS is frozen: the jetson still responds to ping, the port 22 shows as opened

However, trying to ssh -vvv will freeze after the initial connection (the ssh server is never advertising the ssh version its using)
The USB Keyboard is also un-responsive (pressing numlock or caps lock will NOT trigger the LEDs on the keyboard)

We are using many Boxer 8640AI with Jetpack 5.0.2 and its the first time we have an issue like this, the only unique component here are the 2 Lucid cameras.

If anyone has any ideas or already saw a similar error, please advise!

Jp5.0.2 is too old. Please check with Aaeon and see if they provided any new version to upgrade.

Indeed Aeeon supports Jetpack 5.1.1
we will test this version and advise if we still have the issue

please note we suspect we were running out of GPU RAM because of our python processes. (feels like we dont get out of memory error in the logs for GPU RAM, and just goes to freezing)
