Jetpack4.5.1 add patch to support PCN208560, flash success but cannot boot up successfully

my team use jetpack4.5.1 flash the AGX Xavier core board，and return cannot flash success, my FAE tell me that maybe SN updated and make me should update my jetpack or patch it.
Now i get patch (overlay_32.5.1_AGX-SKU4.tbz2) from wetsite(L4T R32.5.1 Release Page | NVIDIA Developer) . And i follow the suggestion to patch. Now i can use flash.sh update my core board successfully, but the board cannot start normally.
the uart log as below:
start with problem.log (26.2 KB)

Please give me some advice or solution to solve it.
It will be best if there is a detailed tutorial to show me how to do it right step by step,

Is this on NV devkit or a custom board?

Can you flash this board with the latest jetapck4 and grab a log?

Please remove the “quiet” from /boot/extlinux/extlinux.conf and flash it.

你能用最新的jetapck4燒這塊板子然後抓一次log嗎?

請你把/boot/extlinux/extlinux.conf裡面的"quiet"拿掉之後再燒一次
