Looks like you bumped into some issues with the rootfs, and I’m not sure why you got these OTA stuff in the log:

Can you please try re-flashing again with SDK Manager?
downloaded os image from below link:
& flash the os image as following the cmds…
So can I re-flashing again with same process or with SDK manager ?
I suggest also trying SDK Manager.
