Jetson-io.py not starting

Hello,

I have rebuilt the NANO with the latest software (JetPack 4.6.1). I did not use the SDK Manager for this.The NANO boots from a USB device without SD-card.
Now when I start jetson-io.py, it aborts right away. I do not see any message.
I need for my project the I2C an SPI Port

Here some information:

Jetson Nano: P3448 A02
Carrier Board: P3449 A02

Could you try flash by sdkmanager.
Otherwise may need to reference to below topic to modify the device tree manually.
