Jetson Nano USB 포트 인식 문제 해결 요청

안녕하세요,

Jetson Nano 4GB 개발자 키트를 사용 중입니다. 초기 설정 시에는 문제 없이 작동했지만, 무선 랜카드를 연결한 후 USB 포트가 인식되지 않는 문제가 발생했습니다.

문제 상황

  • Jetson Nano 전원을 끄고 무선 랜카드를 꽂은 후 다시 작동 시켰습니다.
  • Jetson Nano를 다시 켜자 키보드, 마우스, USB 메모리 등 USB 장치가 인식되지 않습니다.

시도한 해결 방법

  1. 전원 공급 확인: 배럴 잭으로 연결되어 있습니다.
  2. USB 포트 모두 인식 안됩니다.
  3. SD 카드 초기화 및 재설치 했으나 안됩니다.

추가 정보

  • Jetson Nano는 최신 JetPack SDK를 사용하고 있습니다.
  • 무선 랜카드는 intel 8265AC 867Mbps (젯슨나노 호환) [SZH-IWA005]입니다.

Please reflash the board into latest jetpack. If the hub is still not detect in that, then it could be hardware issue.

i reflashed jetpack 4.6.1 a lot. is it difference with 4.6.4? and if that is hardware issue, what can i do for it?

Nothing you can do there.Please RMA the module.
