Jetson Orin Nano didnot turning the light into yellow

I just bought jetson orin nano 4gb, now i want to flash the ssd but when i do the recovery mode, the jetson orin light didnot turn to yellow and in sdkmanager it didn’t detect my jetson orin when i do ‘lsusb’ in terminal ubuntu, i already use jumper to go recovery mode, but the main point is my jetson orin never turn the light into yellow and the fan also didnot functioning

Hi,

Have you changed other power supply?
Also, some questions to confirm,

  • Is your host pc ubuntu a 20.04 or 18.04?
  • Is your host Ubuntu running on a physical machine or a virtual machine(e.g. VMware, VirtualBox, WSL)
  • Have you flashed successfully with the same PC?

Hi,

For the power supply I use 12V 3A according to the requirements.

  1. Im using host ubuntu 20.04
  2. My host running on a physical machine
  3. I using sdkmanager to flash my jetson orin nano, but now the problem is i cannot detect the machine so i cannot flash the ssd yet

Could you record a serial console log and then plug the power supply to check any information show?
