Jetson Orin Nano USB port is not detected in recovery mode

Hello everyone! Hope someone can help me out here.

Because the chromium-browser couldn’t launch (at that time, I didn’t realize it was due to the snap version issue), I tried many different methods based on various online guides, though I’m not exactly sure what I did. Unfortunately, something went wrong—my Jetson Orin Nano can no longer boot properly.

I later tried to recover the system using recovery mode by connecting the Jetson Orin Nano to an x86 laptop running Linux (with a jumper placed on pin 9 and pin 10). However, the USB port wasn’t detected, and no NVIDIA device appeared in lsusb.

Is there any other way to recover my Jetson Orin Nano?

please help!!!

I think you are going to have better luck with this one one the Jetson Orin Nano forums, so I am going to shift it over there.

Hi,

Do you connect your flashing cable to usb-c port in orin Nano?

Thanks

It’s already resolved—the issue was caused by using the wrong Type-C cable.

thanks~
