Jetson Orin: USB Type C- PD Controller(CYPD4226) can't recognize UFP device

Hi NV Support Team
Our project architecture references the NV Jetson Orin development board, and we have created a one-port TYPE-C PD board using the same PD controller, CYPD4226. After flashing the CYPD4226 image provided on the NV website to the external PD flash, we are unable to recognize an external UFP device in DFP mode.

Currently, we have measured the CC pin signals as follows:
Initially, when no external device is connected, the CC pin is in a toggling state.

After the external UFP device is inserted, CC2 and the external UFP’s CC1 pull-down resistor create a voltage divider. However, it seems that CCG4 does not recognize the device, as the CC pin continues to toggle.

I appreciate your great help in advance.

Best regards,

Woody

Hi NV support team,

The attachment is the design schematic for the PD controller and PD path.

Have you done cross-check to use your device on devkit and other device on your custom board?
