JETSON TK1 Evaluation Board 600-7R375-0000-D00 E Operating Temperature Range

Hello,

I try to find the operating temperature Range for the JETSON TK1 Evaluation Board 600-7R375-0000-D00 E. I don’t find this data in documentation.

The TK1 is limited from -25°C to 105°C, but due to fan instead heatspreader it should be far below from this limit.

And SDRAM componant it’s limited from 0°C to +85°C.

I don’t check others main components, but I assume the board could operate from 0 to +40°C.

Where I can find this Operating Temperature Range value?

Most commercial components’ operating temperature range is about -25°C to +85°C, for TK1 board it’s decided by the one with the narrowest range which is DDR here.

-25°C to 105°C is the Tj range of TK1 chip which has nothing with fan or heatspreader.
