Jetson Xavier NX 16G mass flash

Hi Nvidia,
I success to generate the the image and flash it to my Xavier NX 16G(included xnx-16gb-r32.6.1-overlay.tbz2 ).
I’d like to generate the image of mass flash version for production, I had enable secure boot feature by secureboot_R32.6.1_aarch64.tbz2 and using the following commands for it:

sudo BOARDID=3668 BOARDSKU=0003 FAB=100 BOARDREV=B.0 FUSELEVEL=fuselevel_production ./nvmassflashgen.sh -x 0x19 jetson-xavier-nx-devkit-emmc mmcblk0p1

It success to generate image and can flash but failed to boot to os, does the mass flash support NX 16G?
