Jetson Xavier NX devkit can not see my SSD

I have been using Samsung 970 Pro NVMe SSD with Jetson Xavier NX devkit. However, this SSD suddenly did not work with this NX devkit.
The Disk utility program on my Xaiver NX devkit can not see this SSD.
If I put this SSD on my other AGX Xavier Devkit, the AGX Xavier Disk utility can see this SSD.
If I put another SSD in the Xaiver NX devkit, the Xavier NX can see the 2nd SSD.

So I do not know where the problem is.

Can some one help?

Could you cross check whether this issue happened to the carrier board or related to the module?

If you don’t understand what I mean, I mean whether one of the devkit basedboard has hardware problem or not?

By module, do you mean “Xavier NX module” or the “SSD”?

Devkit A did not work with SSD A, but work with SSD B
Devkit B work with both SSD A and SSD B

I do not know the problem is in Devkit A, or SSD A.

I do not have two NX modules. But I found another SSD.

Devkit A did not work with SSD A, but work with both SSD B and SSD C.
Devkit B work with both SSD A and SSD B

Do you still think the problem is in Devkit A baseboard or NX module?

What does that mean you have 2 devkit but you don’t have 2 modules??

Could you directly use terms like “Xavier AGX devkit” and “NX devkit” instead of something like “devkit A”, “devkit B”? A/B are not really a clear way to describe…

I don’t think it is baseboard issue.

Which jetpack release in use here?
