Jetson xavier nx freezes after boot into os

Hi I’ve recently bought two jetson xavier nx devkit
I install jetpack 5.1.2 on NVMe with sdkmanager
install fine but after boot into os and begin setup jetson freezes with glitch screen and reboot into recovery mode

when I try to install jetpack on emmc with sdkmanager and sudo ./flash.sh jetson-xavier-nx-devkit-emmc mmcblk0p1 command return same error

Error: Return value 8 Command tegrarcm_v2 --download bct_bootrom br_bct_BR.bct --download bct_mb1 mb1_bct_MB1_sigheader.bct.encrypt --download bct_mem mem_rcm_sigheader.bct.encrypt
Failed flashing t186ref.

another xavier nx has no problem
I also try to swap ssd, carrier board with working one but it still crashes

is my jetson module is defective?

Can you please do it again and put the full log here?
I mean both the flashing log and the serial console log.

I’m try to install jetpack on xavier nx again now
I don’t know why but it seems to be work fine

Is it okay to use?
Since It has crashes and glitch screen for past two days so I’m worry about I don’t know what has caused these errors

Can you please cross validate again with this module? With the same carrier board.
If it works while the other still fails with the same error, maybe consider RMA.

Then maybe the module itself is broken; please RMA it.

How Can I get RMA? I’m going to ask seller first but I’m not sure that seller accept for after services
