Jetson Xavier NX has stopped working since the 5/22 update

I currently have a Jetson XavierNX Developer kit, and when I updated from JetPack 5.0 (Ubuntu 20.04) on 5/22, the LED turned on but the screen did not appear. So I tried to restore it with the combination of JetPack 4.6.1 SD card and NVMe that I had stored for backup, but the screen still remained dark and stuck.

Share the uart log and it will tell.

Thank you for contacting us. I was able to move it as before. I couldn’t recognize it with the Serial Console you told me, but I could recognize it when I connected it with microUSB.

Micro usb port is not the bootloader log. I mean that is not what I need.

If you can check log from that, it means your device is still able to boot.

Also, if you can see log from micro usb port, then uart serial console from above method would have log too. If you are not able to see it, please make sure your cable or host are fine.
