Recently I have mistakenly deleted usr folder from jetson and post that I was able to finally flash os on my jetson xavier nx. The current model is from seed studio J201 carrier board and it has an emmc. Post flashing when I turn on I have to manually select boot from emmc all the time and when ever I try to just leave it after nvidia logo I get the following error shown in attached image. What should I do.

Not sure how you do the post flashing, but this is Seeed Studio’s carrier board, you should contact with them to get their flashing guide and their SW to flash the board to resolve that problem.
