I’m running a laptop with a 13th gen core i9 and a nvidia rtx 4070 max-q. I installed the propietary nvidia 550 through the driver manager on kde plasma. I then ran sudo prime-select nvidia and made sure that it was set to high-performance mode. Upon rebooting my system I got stuck on the boot screen where it shows the kubuntu logo and never made it to sddm. I tried rebooting many times however it always got stuck at the same place, I had enter recovery mode and run prime-select intel to go back to using the intel igpu. However, when I do this I am unable to access my external monitor, is there any way to fix this?
