lmutil does not work

Hi All,

I just downloaded version 14.9 on a new intel box. I am at the stage of generating the license, but I cannot get lmutil to work. The command is in the correct directory (/opt/pgi/linux86-64/14.9/bin), and it is executable. However, I cannot get it to execute. The compilers themselves seem to work to the extent I can test them (for example, just invoking the pgf90 command gives me an error about not having any files, and pgf90 --version gives an answer).

Does anyone have any ideas? I am running openSUSE Linux 13.1.

Hi All,

I discovered the problem. For some reason lsb was not installed. I installed lsb, and I was able to complete the license installation.
