Mac host client!?!

I’m following this Installation Guide — nsight-systems 2024.1 documentation

I have determined this is my need:

  • For Tegra target systems, select Nsight Systems Embedded Platforms Edition available as part of NVIDIA JetPack SDK.

Further down it says:

  • macOS host - Install .dmg on macOS machine. Enables remote access to Tegra device for profiling.

I cannot find a dmg for the MacOS host. I don’t see it anywhere in the JetPack SDK link. I flashed the system from an Ubuntu box, would the dmg download have to have been done at the time of flashing?

Note this link provides a dmg, but not for embedded targets.

@mpopov - is there an issue with the MacOS host distribution in JetPack?

Currently, Nsight Systems for JetPack is only available for Linux x86_64 and Arm64 hosts; there is no distribution for Mac.
